Abdullahi An Na’im, Charles Howard Candler Professor of Law at Emory Law School, is an internationally recognised scholar of Islam and human rights , human rights in cross-cultural perspectives and Islam and politics.
Tariq Ramadan, President of the European Muslim Network in Brussels, is one of the most influential Moslem theologians working in Europe.
Lynn Welchman is Head of the Law School at the School of Oriental and African Studies. She is an authority on honour codes in Islamic societies and on anti-terrorism law in Arab states.
