Personal thoughts of Wan Saiful Wan Jan

Blair’s trouble

Blair is in deep trouble. Even colleagues in my very non-political office has started talking about betting on his departure date.

It really is embarassing when the Prime Minister is forced to do something which he has ruled out just a few days earlier – set his timetable for departure.

It is also shambolic that Brown tried to portray as if he has nothing to do with the whole thing. On Sunday AM later today, he will say that he had nothing to do with what has happened. Who in the world would believe this? Even if it is true, there is still one big question – why did he stay silence throughout? It is the silence that is so deafening.

But David Cameron has been great. From what I heard, the whole front bench has been told not to say too much. This is exactly the right move. New Labour should be allowed self-destruct. And they are doing a great job at it too. Any attempts to interfere, or to meddle in New Labour’s internal affairs, would only make them re-group and unite again.

I had a conversation with a PAS leader a few weeks ago. I asked why is PAS so keen to be seen as if they were with Tun M? I was given the textbook answer – we must listen to everyone and support anybody who is telling the truth. I also asked about why we had to comment on Khairy’s inflammatory statement on race relations in Malaysia when the MCA and Gerakan were already doing it for us.

On both questons I received unsatisfactory answers.

I would prefer if PAS stayed out of anything that could lead UMNO or BN to self-destruct. This is simple political strategy – if your enemy is heading towards division, don’t do anything that would give them a reason to re-unite.

MCA and Gerakan are NOT racist in anyway. Its only UMNO, PAS and PKR that are racist by international standards set by leftists.

What is meant by ‘racist’? It means INSULTING a particular category, for example, insults towards homosexuals, women, Muslims and Chinese constitute racism. PAS is racist as it advocates genocide on non-Muslims, ie killing apostate Muslims or murtads.

If you do not like these leftist standards set by British Labour Party, why not try Conservative/Tory (right-wing) standards? According to the British right, ‘race’ simply means skin-color, ie. White, Black, Brown and Yellow. There are ONLY four races and not more and not less. Chinese, Muslims, women and homosexual are not considered ‘races’ by Conservative standards.

Turkey’s Edrogan is a Conservative (aka capitalist) and he abolished Mustafa Kamal’s ban on cultural parties, such as Kurdish parties, etc. Today, Turkey is moving towards multi-culturalism, a key condition for entry into the EU.

I would like to see Malaysia become like Turkey and Singapore, two truly secular, democratic, and plural societies.

    wansaiful,

You have to choose between two internationally accepted standards set by Freedom International (aka International Democrats Union) or Socialist International. We will not accept your personal standards or definitions.

Parti Keadilan National (aka Parti Keadilan Rakyat) is a Malay-majority political party that is racist towards Chinese, Tamils and English-speaking peoples as this party upholds Bumiputraism, Malay (aka Muslim) rights and working with PAS, a Nazi party.

This is why in 1999 elections, PKN only won 5 Malay (aka MUSLIM) seats and ZERO non-Muslim (Chinese and Tamil) seats in parliament. In 2004 elections, PKR (which is the new name for PKN) was nearly wiped out when it lost all its Malay (aka MUSLIM) seats except Permatang Pauh, which is retained with a slim majority after multiple recounts. Even in 2004 GE, PKR failed to capture non Muslim seats.

If any political party wants non-Muslim votes they MUST severe ties with PAS and uphold these:

    1. Absolute freedom of religion for Muslims, including right to leave Islam (murtad) and right for Christian and Buddhist missionaries to prosetylise Malays.

    2. Absolute freedom of ethnic rights without assimilation. This can be done by re-writing the 1957 Constitution to declare Mandarin, Tamil, English and Bahasa Melayu as national languages.

PKR should renounce ties with PAS and move towards signing a coaliation pact with Socialist DAP, which is a truly multi-racial political party.

Failure of PKR to do so will lead to its ultimate demise and in 2009 GE, PKR may lose its sole Parliamentary seat, Permatang Pauh.
